Banana Passionfruit / Curuba

Also known as - ' Banana Passion Fruit ', Curuba de Castilla, Curuba Sabanera Blanca, Taxo, Tacso, Tagso, Tauso, Parcha, Tumbo, Tumbo Del Norte, Trompos, Tintin & Purpur.

Origin - Colombia, Ecuador & Peru.

Preparation - cut longways then remove the pulp and seeds. With the back of a spoon, push the flesh through a sieve to separate the delicious juice from the seeds.

Usage - It's best used for its juice which can be used to make desserts, cocktails and especially sorbet. (Use in the same way as you would other passionfruit varieties)

Storage - Ripen at room temperature or keep fresh through refrigeration.

This selection isn't packed in our gift boxes although we do offer the chance to get a complimentary handwritten gift message should you want to gift it.

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 2pm. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Deliveries are an all day service and the Courier will provide a time slot on the day.

Due to the perishable nature of the product we do not offer any returns although we are more than happy to mediate any issues you may encounter. Contact us within 24hrs of delivery and we will resolve all and any issues. Our main priority is that our customers have an enjoyable experience.
