Due to the perishable nature of our products we DO NOT offer returns. Although, we take all claims seriously and care deeply about our customer's satisfaction. Reach out to us, within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with images of any issues at the point of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Mis-delivered or Un-received
We do not take responsibility for any mistakes made by you or the shipping carrier, we use a reputable delivery partner, DPD. Any issues should be taken up with them, we can offer support where we deem necessary.
