Also known as - Yellow dragonfruit, Pitaya, Pitahaya & Pithaya.

Origin - Colombia or Ecuador.

Preparation - Yellow Pithaya are ripe when easy to peel and the spines begin to dry out.
Slice down the middle and scoop the flesh out of each half. The skin isn't eaten.

Usage - The fruit is best eaten fresh, nothing added.
Thanks to their striking appearance, Yellow Pithaya are also used in desserts and baking.
You can also try mixing into fruit salads and adding to smoothies.

Storage - Keep in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.

Seasonality - Yellow Pithaya are available all year round.

Shipping

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 2pm. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Deliveries are an all day service and the Courier will provide a time slot on the day.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of the product we do not offer any returns although we are more than happy to mediate any issues you may encounter. We recommend you contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order. Our main priority is that our customers have an enjoyable experience.
