Soursop - Creamy, Tropical, and Powerfully Nourishing

Soursop, also known as graviola, is a tropical gem with a spiky green exterior and soft, white flesh that’s sweet, tangy, and irresistibly creamy. Its unique flavour blends notes of strawberry, pineapple, and citrus - making every bite a refreshing, tropical escape.

Long celebrated in traditional cultures, soursop is rich in vitamin C, fibre, and antioxidants. It’s also known for its natural plant compounds, including acetogenins, which are studied for their potential immune-boosting and cancer-fighting properties.

Scoop and enjoy it fresh, blend into smoothies, or use it in desserts for a silky, tropical twist.

When you order soursop from us, you're buying by the kilo and we always include a little extra to sweeten the deal.

Exotic, nutrient-rich, and luxuriously smooth - Soursop is tropical fruit at its most indulgent.

Details

Also known as - Graviola, Guanabana, Guyabano, Sirsak, Durian Belanda, Bullock's Heart, Prickly Custard Apple, & Soursap.

Origin - Grenada, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, Sri Lanka & Vietnam.

Preparation - We recommend you wrap the Soursop in a tea-towel or keep it in it's packaging and store in a dark, warm place; in 24-48hr the soursop will be soft to very soft. This indicates the fruit is ripe and ready to eat. The skin may brown during ripening, which is normal. Simply slice in half and scoop out the white flesh.

The skin, seeds and core are inedible.

Usage - Soursop is usually eaten raw for its taste and health benefits. It also makes a delicious juice and is sometimes used to make ice cream and other desserts

Storage - Soursop must be kept at room temperature or warmer to ripen. Once the fruit is ripe (soft all over), you can then store in the refrigerator or freeze.
