Also known as - Salak, Pondoh & ' Salacca / zalacca '

Origin - Indonesia

Preparation - Peel skin, eat the light coloured flesh and discard seed.

Usage - The fruit is usually eaten fresh, out of hand. In Indonesia and Thailand, Snake Fruit is fermented into wine, served as a traditional dessert after being soaked in syrup and also used to make confectionery known ' Dodol '.

Storage - Keep in the refrigerator and consume before they spoil.

Gift packaging

This selection isn't packed in our gift boxes although we do offer the chance to get a complimentary handwritten gift message should you want to gift it.

Shipping

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 2pm. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Deliveries are an all day service and the Courier will provide a time slot on the day.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of the product we do not offer any returns although we are more than happy to mediate any issues you may encounter. We recommend you contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order. Our main priority is that our customers have an enjoyable experience.
